CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT
During the ticket reservation process, you were asked to create an account to make your e-tickets available on your personal space. You do not need to create a new customer account when you print your tickets.
LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT
To connect to your personal space, please follow the instructions below: Click on the "My Account" button, then on "Individuals space". Then enter your email address and password (requested when you created your account). You can also connect to your space from your "Facebook Account". If you wish, you can update your personal information in the "Profile and payment method" menu.
Download your e-tickets
GET YOUR TICKETS
To access your e-tickets, it is very simple, just click on "Tickets" in the menu on the right of your screen.
DOWNLOAD YOUR E-TICKETS
Your tickets are now available: you can download them and print them. You just have to click on "Print" and then fill in the beneficiaries. CAUTION: if your ticket has already been printed and you wish to change the beneficiary, you can do so by clicking on "transfer" which will allow you to modify the name on your ticket. Your e-tickets can be printed until D-day.
