STADE DE FRANCE COOKIE POLICY

You want to navigate on the Stade de France website - www.stadefrance.com, in its classic or mobile version (hereinafter individually referred to as the "Site" and collectively as the "Sites").

WHAT IS A COOKIE?

Stade de France ensures that partner companies agree to process the information collected on the Site exclusively for the needs of Stade de France and in accordance with our instructions, in the respect of the "Computing and Liberties" Act of 6 January 1978 amended and of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and undertakes to implement appropriate measures for securing and protecting the confidentiality of data.

THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF COOKIES

Different types of cookies are used on the Site; they have different purposes.

1- STRICTLY NECESSARY COOKIES

This involves cookies necessary for the operation of the Site. They allow you to use the main features of the Site (for example, use of the shopping basket or access to your account). Without these cookies, you would not be able to use the Site normally. This involves cookies deposited by Stade de France which relate only to the operation of the Site.

Functional cookies remember the choices that you make (e.g. user name, language, re-gion…) and offer you personalised services.

They store the settings that you have selected, such as the size, font or other layout elements that can be customised.

This type of cookie can also be used to share information with our partners offering a service on the site. The information collected will not be used to send you advertisements on the site or on other sites that you might visit.

5- SOCIAL NETWORK COOKIES

 

 

On certain pages of the Site, you can share content via social media such as Facebook and Twitter. Sometimes, Stade de France can integrate videos from sites such as YouTube. These sites configure their own cookies that Stade de France does not control and to which it has no access. In any case, the emission and/or the use of cookies by these third-party companies is subject to their own policies and is therefore not covered by this Stade de France Cookies Policy. Stade de France recommends that you consult their Internet sites to learn more about their policies in terms of cookies.

ACCEPTING OR REFUSING COOKIES

When you first visit the Site, a banner informs you of the use of cookies and offers you direct access to the Site’s Cookies Policy page via the "MORE INFO” button.

If you confirm your acceptance of cookies, by clicking on the "OK" button or if you navigate on the site, a cookie confirming your consent is deposited on your Terminal.
