    • To apply for an authorisation, please write to presse@stadefrance.fr including the following items:

      • A completed form, which you can download

         here
      • A synopsis of the topic

      • The press card or the company's RCS number 

      • The working schedule: please specify, for each day, the planned times and locations for the shoots, fully referenced sequences and the production means to be used
      • a list of the people planning to attend together with their position

      • a list of the vehicles used and your logistics requirements.

    • 1. Any film or photo shoot performed within or around the Stade de France requires prior authorisation delivered by the Stade de France Consortium.
      (Stadium and arena / West and South outside Esplanade zone)

      2. 2.  Any film or photo shoot performed on public thouroughfares around the stadium requires prior authorisation delivered by the Saint-Denis Town Hall (East and North outside Esplanade zone)

      If this is the case for your project, please contact the City of Saint-Denis Communication Department.


      PLEASE NOTE: Should the Stade de France be recognisable on the film or photos taken during the shoot, you will be expected to comply with the procedure indicated below concerning the copyright relative to the image of the Stade de France.

      Image copyright relative to the architectural building

      Any use of the image of the Stade de France requires mandatory prior written authorisation (including a copyright fee in the event of commercial use). Any broadcasting or distribution of those images must carry the copyright information naming the Stade de France architects and including the words: "Stade de France® - Macary, Zublena & Regembal, Costantini – Architects, ADAGP – Paris Current year".

      Any use of the STADEFRANCE logo requires prior written authorisation.


      Locations requiring a specific authorisation:

      • Control Station (PCO)

      • Central Fire Safety Department (PCI)

      • Security Station (PCS)

      Technical Fee

      No charge for administrative fee.

      The technical fee and the Stade de France image copyright fee are payable prior to being admitted on to the site. 

      Those fees will be itemised on a quotation, a contract and an invoice. 

       

      Processing time

      5 to 15 business days, starting from the day you file your application.

      The processing time depends on the following factors:

      • The nature of the images in commercial, informative of institutional terms,
      • The dates of the filming or photo shoot (during an event or at other times)

      When an applicant is delivered an authorisation for a film or photo shoot, this implies that he should strictly comply with the following commitments: 

      • Obeying the site's safety regulations, in particular the byelaws displayed at the Stadium entrance

      • keeping to the work schedule handed in previously to the Communication Department,
      • behaving in a respectful and civic manner towards the various groups present within the stadium: Stade de France Consortium employees, as well as Visitors and Service Providers to the Stade de France.

       

      The Stade de France Consortium reserves the right to decline any request for a film or photo shoot in the event that the topic covered should be detrimental to the image of sports in France and/or the image of the French Government, and/or is in violation of the Concession Contract binding the Stade de France Consortium to the Fench Government.
