Regularly on Mondays and Wednesdays from noon to 2 pm, the Stade de France offers you a range of free activities like fitness courses set to music, Nordic walking and a casual running  trail on the main square.
 
Come and maintain your physical condition all year round...

Enjoy a collective fitness course including abdominal, muscle strengthening and gluteus exercises, and step aerobics, all of it outdoors... Or it can be according to one's individual level: you will be given a choice of trails within the stadium enclosure to try and beat your own running record.
 
All activities are monitored by State-certified coaches from the "Saint Denis Emotion" Association. Everyone is welcome.

Come one, come all and work out to music and with a smile in the temple of sports! 

Lockers and showers are available in the annex stadium.
